20 Titles from 'Fallout,' 'DOOM,' 'The Elder Scrolls' Are Coming to Xbox Game Pass on Today

The news follows the completion of Microsoft’s $7.5 billion USD acquisition of Bethesda Softworks earlier this week.

Starting March 12, Xbox will make 20 Bethesda Softworks titles available on Xbox Game Pass, including many from the studio’s most beloved franchises. A company blog post adds that more information is to come regarding some games which will receive frame rate improvements via FPS Boost on Xbox Series X/S.

The full list of playable titles is below:

  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition (Console, PC, Cloud)

  • The Elder Scrolls Online (Cloud, Console)

  • The Evil Within (Console, PC, Cloud)

The release comes following the completion of Microsoft’s acquisition of Bethesda earlier this week. Microsoft obtained the studio in a $7.5 billion USD deal in September 2020, in a move Xbox head Phil Spencer called a “landmark step”; the company now has 23 “creative studio teams” creating titles for PC and Xbox.
